Press Release:
The new Eckla-eagle Cardoor Lens Support has been developed specially for the photography out of cars and vehicles, ideal for wildlife photographers. The Eckla-eagle Cardoor Lens Support is fastened to the door or on the window. The steplessly adjustable parts can be adapted nearly to any geometry of the vehicle door. The high quality aluminium/stainless steel construction is ultra light and rust proof.
Nature photographers often use their cars as a hide; it is known that animals and birds have less fear of vehicles than they do of humans. Professional Nature Photographer Han Bouwmeester has thought a long time about a solution for this situation. In co-operation with the developers of Eckla, the makers of the Eckla Beach Rolly Equipment for photographers, the Eckla-eagle Cardoor Lens support and a special bean bag was developed, on which you can place on a tripod or a bean bag.
The Eckla-eagle makes photographing from your car easier and gives even better results. The design is developed in such a way that it can be used in nearly all cars. You can chose to either attach it to the window or on the car door itself. Due to the vertical support on the car door there’s no high pressure on the window and guarantee to be a very stable setting.
If you already own a tripod with the standard 3/8in connection you can still use this. You can decide yourself where to place the tripod so the hole will be completely balanced. We also have developed a special bean-bag for the Eckla-eagle with velcros that can be placed on quickly, simple and perfectly fitting. You can read more about this in our section accessories. The Eckla-eagle gives you the maximum flexibility and stability so you can concentrate on making sharper pictures from your car.
The Eckla-eagle has a Beanbag attachment for those who perfer to use a beanbag instead of a gimbal or other head assembly. For more information please visit the Tripods, Heads and Gimbals website.
