JP Service Solutions, (JPSS), the service solutions division of Johnsons Photopia Ltd, has announced record growth. The number of units the company now processes for repair or refurbishment has doubled in the last 12 months and will reach over 200,000 in the 12 month period to the end of 2008. JPSS are in a strong period of growth. They have invested heavily in providing for the future and have ready additional technical areas which can accommodate a further 30 technicians to cope with the sharp increase in demand for their services.

This problem is further compounded by characteristics of the market, such as multi-channel sales, short product lifespan and not least high levels of customer expectations.
