New Service Centre for Bogen - Bogen announces new Manfrotto and Gitzo dedicated Service Centre.
Press Release:Bogen Imaging, leaders in accessories for the professional and enthusiast photographer and videographer is pleased to announce a new Service Centre dedicated to all Manfrotto and Gitzo products.
The new Service Centre that comes into effect on July 1st 2009 will undertake all warranty and non warranty service/ repair issues and also supply spare parts.
Commenting on the new Service Centre, Greg Cooney, Managing Director - Bogen Imaging UK, said “Our customers are our main priority so providing an outstanding after sales service for them is extremely important to us. We are confident that our new Manfrotto and Gitzo Service Centre will further enhance the service we offer by ensuring the fastest turnaround times possible.”
All repairs must be sent directly to the service centre and where a claim under warranty is being made a copy of the sales receipt should be included. To ensure the best possible service, Bogen strongly recommends that any shipments are sent well packaged with a carrier that provides a tracking number, such as UPS or FedEx, and that all packages are insured by the carrier.
