The Spider Camera Holster for your DSLR

Posted: 28 May 2009
Get your DSLR to your hands in a flash - Change the way you carry your camera with the Spider Camera Holster.
Spider Camera HolsterHave you suffered with neck, shoulder, or back strain after carrying your DSLR for too long? Well the Spider Camera Holster may be the perfect solution for you.

Designed by professional photographer, Shai Eynav, the Spider Camera Holster is a small belt clip which has a pin adapter that screws into the bottom of any camera tripod mount. This immediately takes the weight of the camera from your neck to your hip.

Shai claims that the holster makes it easy to draw and fire  your camera in one smooth motion.

The Spider Camera Holster will be available this summer and the price is not yet available.

Visit the Spider Holster website for more details.

We have put a video of the Spider Camera Holster on ePHOTOzine.tv to see what you think of it.

This looks an excellent idea especially for people like myself who have shoulder / neck problems.
However it looks like it could well be a gift horse for thieves as there does not seem to be any security involved.
Would appreciate a review that tackles this issue before I woul;d consider buying one.

Sit down for a break, and the camera falls out?
Great idea, but not sure
