If you're a student studying photography full time in the UK then you can enter the 2010 AOP Student Awards. By entering you could be crowned the 2010 AOP Student of the Year. Two runners up will also be given a Merit Award and all finalists will have their winning images exhibited in a 2-week exhibition at the AOP Gallery, London.

The deadline for online entries is midnight on the 24th January.

Press Release:
Any student studying photography full time at a UK educational institution can enter singles and series across Lifestyle & Portraiture, Fashion & Beauty, Landscape, Interiors & Exteriors and Still Life in their bid to become the 2010 AOP Student of the Year. One talented entrant will be awarded this accolade and will receive a double page spread in the AOP Photographers Awards book, a day’s work experience with a high-profile AOP member, plus extensive press coverage and we may use their winning images to promote the AOP Students Awards and AOP Student Membership.

In addition to the AOP Student Photographer of the Year, two runners up will be given Merit Awards. All finalists will have their winning images exhibited in a 2-week exhibition at the AOP Gallery, London.
This year there is an online entry system so entering the competition is an easy and quick process. Students can submit unlimited entries, which means there will be an exciting and diverse range of work entered into the competition. AOP Student members can enter at a discounted price of £2.50 per single entry and £5 per series entry. For non-members it costs £5 per single entry and £10 per series entry.

All the information on the Students Awards 2010 can be seen by visiting The Awards.

The deadline for online entries is midnight on the 24th Janurary.
