Arrest for photographer of Britney Spears' younger sister Jamie Lynn

Paparazzi photographer Edwin W. Merino was arrested last week for stalking Jamie Lynn Spears, younger sister of Britney, and is set to appear in court this week.

17-year-old Jamie Lynn has been the subject of much media attention since the announcement of her pregnancy last December. Merino, aged 30, is said to have followed her and her fiance Casey Aldridge around the town of Liberty in Mississippi and, according to authorities, “wouldn't leave them alone.”

Following bail on Tuesday, Merino has denied all accusations against him claiming he was around 200ft from the couple.

Merino is also famed for being the only photographer to capture Britney Spears without underwear.
