About two years ago the Wide-screen center introduced their popular Astro-Photography Kit.  This consisted of a manually controlled Single Lens Reflex camera (no battery power drain on the shutter), a standard lens  -  not actually required in this context -  a 1.25 inch telescope eyepiece adapter, necessary T mount connecting ring for camera to adapter,  and the essential cable release to produce rock-steady pictures.  The total cost of this outfit has since remained at 129.99.

The Wide-screen center have informed us that they can supply a limited number of Zenit 122 SLR camera bodies (having a mechanical shutter they are ideally suited for astro work) and that they have decided to offer a special Astro Photography limited edition deal. Only thirty camera bodies are available  -  that gives you a complete kit consisting of:

Single Lens Reflex camera.
Astro telescope camera adapter.
T mount to connect to camera and
Cable Release.
