Astronauts have started to remove the fifteen-year-old camera from the Hubble Telescope.

Grunsfeld and Feustel are the two astronauts doing the first of five spacewalks to make repairs on the Hubble Telescope. They will be changing the camera, which is the size of a small piano for a new wide-field and planetary camera.

The old camera has taken over 135,000 observations and according to reports when back on land will be sent to the Smithsonian Institution.
