This app makes your iPhone images look like they have been shot on a fisheye lens. As well as the usual fisheye lens, there are a few alternatives as well, including inverse, square, squeeze and stretch. The app is available in the iTunes Store for £1.49.

Fisheye Lens iOS App Performance

Taking pictures is very similar to using the iPhones camera app, before shooting you need to select your preferred lens and there is a slider to increase the amount of lens curvature. Then you just press the camera button to take the shot. When you have taken your picture you'll see a small preview in the bottom right hand corner. Pressing this takes you to the Light Box, where you can rotate, delete and share your images. The images are automatically saved to the Camera Roll.

The Fisheye Lens is easy to use, and effects such as inverse fisheye are unusual. If you're wanting to create fisheye pictures, without purchasing an iPhone fisheye lens, this is an ideal work around, although there are many other apps out there that include fisheye options. Although the maximum file size of 1936 x 1936 won't hinder iPhone 4 users, those who have upgraded to the 4S will lose out on quite a lot of their maximum resolution.
