Yep Mike................ and

"Be versatile with interchangeable lenses"....... but pay an extra £130 - 1p for the privilege, not likely.

£130 is not a lot to pay for an adapter, provided it makes full use of the lens electronics(Average Priced) but would you want to mount your EOS lenses on a CSC body.

Apparently the focusing system is not too good on this camera, if your using it for street photography and want a quick shot, forget it.
As said canon are way too late to be giving us a mirror less camera and at that price i want a bit more than slow focusing thx.
I love Canon I have the canon 5d mark iii and the 7d but this camera is a joke in my honest opinion for the price, your better off with olympus pen ep3 with all its fantastic qualities it has as a compact mirror less camera.
Canon are starting to get complacent with it's customers. wake up canon before you start loosing your fans.
