Canon PowerShot SX150 IS Digital Compact Camera

Canon have today announced the launch of the PowerShot SX 150 IS.

With 12x optical zoom and a sharp 14.1 megapixel sensor, the PowerShot SX 150 IS is a powerful camera for all the family to use.

It has an impressive 336mm telescopic reach, enabling beautiful close up and zoom images. Its 4 stop image stabiliser also ensures that the image is crisp every time. With IS technology, it reduces blur from camera shake for stunning images.

Advanced Subject Detection Technology ensures that the camera is optimised for what ever you are shooting using its IS technology. Servo AF/AE also keeps subjects like people, pets and cars well focused and exposed right until the shutter is pressed, making for brilliant photos.

The PowerShot SX 150 IS will be compatible with the HF-DC2, which is a new high power external flash unit that can be used as a supplement with the on board flash.
