Canon has won four awards in the 2011 TIPA awards:

Best DSLR Entry Level: Canon EOS 600D - the Digital SLR won a "Highly Recommended" award in our review. Here's what we have to say about the camera:

"Feels good, looks good, takes stunning photos. What more could you want? Sure it would be nice if there was more warning about the battery giving up, and it would be nice if the continuous shooting mode was a little quicker, but these are minor niggles compared to a camera that delivers an excellent all round package, and offers good value for money as well."

Best Superzoom Camera: Canon PowerShot SX230 HS - the SX230 HS is the GPS enabled version of the SX220 HS.

Best Professional Lens: Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L II USM - here's what we have to say about the lens, in our review:

"During testing this les proved itself capable of producing sharp, contrasty images at all apertures and focal lengths. Besides that, it is built like a tank, focuses quickly and the four stop image stabiliser does a superb job of ironing out the effects of a few too many cups of coffee."

Best Multifunction Photo Printer:
Canon PIXMA MG8150
