Press Release: clickIT! Photography Competition 2008

If you have a passion for photography and fancy being in with the chance of winning a cash prize for your images, there is still time to enter the Charnwood Arts clickIT! 2008 competition.

This has been made possible with the generous support of AstraZenenca R&D Charnwood. Entry is open to anyone, anywhere around the world over the age of 14 and is completely free of charge! The closing date is 31st May 2008.

There are three categories in this year's competition:

  • Landscape

From an urban or rural environment

  • Decisive Moment

Capture that split second shot

  • Short Photo Essay

A set of six linked images of where you live

The first two categories both carry a £500 first prize. Second and third place, Commended and Highly Commended places will also be awarded in each category (although there are no prizes for these). One overall winner of the Short Photo Essay category will win a £1,000 first prize.

Hiya,

I have not been able to open any of the links for the Click contest(s). I can view all the rest of the Charnwood Arts site but the ones on sharedspace.org will not work for me. I have tried IE and Firefox on a PC.

Just not sure what might be going on and I'm having no troubles with any other sites.
