Dixons choose MGI creativity software for Advent PCs

MGI's market-leading digital photo, video and DVD applications have been selected by the Dixons Group to be included with every PC in the company's own-brand Advent range, commencing August 2001.

Under the agreement, the programs to be included are special editions of the MGI's award-winning PhotoSuite 4,  VideoWave 4 and SoftDVD Max 6.  

Stephen Mold, MGI's European managing director, said, "The inclusion of MGI's applications with the Advent range provides customers with a complete creativity and entertainment centre on their PC - with programs for fixing and enhancing holiday photos and fine-tuning their video footage, plus DVD movie-playing with Dolby surround-sound."
