EIS change name to Tetenal Imaging Service GmbH

European Imaging Service GmbH – a wholly owned subsidiary of Tetenal AG & CO. KG since its establishment in April 2006, changes its name to Tetenal Imaging Service GmbH with immediate effect.

In April 2006 European Imaging Service GmbH took over the minilab business, including service and support, of Konica Minolta Photo Imaging Europe GmbH. The rapid development of Tetenal's service portfolio of the popular minilabs and LFPs was no accident. It is the result of long established quality and competent customer care, excellent technical support and a history of customer focussed delivery partnerships that have enabled the company from Norderstedt to extend its strong market position.

In April 2006 Tetenal together with its distribution partners, took over the supply of all consumables (chemicals) etc., as well as providing the complete service package for Konica Minolta Minilabs through European Imaging Service GmbH throughout Europe including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Great Britain, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Iceland, Spain, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece etc. Other associations with companies such as Epson, who recognised the value of our efficient service and support organisation with Service Engineers throughout Europe, quickly followed.

Tetenal Imaging Service GmbH offers an unrivalled One Stop Shop service for minilab customers encompassing service for minilabs, Kiosks, LFPs and the supply of equipment, spare parts and consumables.
