ePHOTOzine's Photo Of The Week Winner

ePHOTOzine member stevewlb has been crowned this week's Photo of the Week (POTW) winner.

The POTW is picked by ePHOTOzine's founder and Editorial Director, Peter Bargh, once a week and here's why he thought stevewlb's photo, 'Gambian Villagers', was a worthy winner:

"The framing of this Gambian mother and child is tightly cropped to ensure maximum impact. The light and shade is wonderful as is the choice of sepia to tone and give a mono colour range. I like the expression of uncertainty from the child with eye contact making it even stronger, contrasting in the look of love and hope from the mother. Superb reportage style photography."
