Eupac distributor takes on Ranieri PR to manage its UK communications - Eupac, a distributor of internet communications and digital entertainment devices, today announced that it has taken on Ranieri PR (www.ranieripr.com) to manage its UK communications programme. Following its successful launch of the highly acclaimed PQI mPack800, Eupac has announced that Ranieri PR will be managing its UK PR communications programme starting with the launch of the PQI mPack P600 multimedia player.

Product ranges such as the mPack P600 offer the next step in the mobile market enabling video, photo and GPS facilities."

The mPack P600 is a power pocket theatre, enabling you to play music, movies and view photos on the go. The mPack P600 can also be GPS-navigation enabled by purchasing separately accessories and upgrading the firmware and software.

The P600s 4 Wide, 480x272 high resolution colour LCD screen provides a very sharp and clear video quality, supporting 3D sound and Dolby Digital surround sound. The P600 also comes with powerful 4W stereo speakers, the worlds first and best in any PMP. mPack P600s unique Clam Shell shape design protects the in-built LCD screen, as well as minimises power consumption while listening to music.

The P600 supports PDA functionality, including features such as address book, calculator, text reader and clock. To add to all theses features, the P600 can also play java games.

Similar to its sister product, mPack P800, which has receive strong acclaims by various IT magazines, mPack P600 supports multiple video, audio and image files. For video files the mPack P600 supports MPEG1/2/4, AVI (XviD), MPG/DAT/VOB/MOD without converting, and ASF/WMV-with the support of converting software. As for audio files, it plays MP3 CBR/VBR, WMA, OGG, AC3, WAV, and MA4 files. For images, the mPack P600 supports JPEG/GIF/BMP/PNG & various DSC raw image file formats. Additionally this devices supports text files such as Plain Text Viewer.

mPack P600 support USB OTG (on the go) function, meaning that it can be connected directly to a USB devices, such as a digital camera, for data transfer, without going through any computer.

They do a P800 with card slots. Spotted it on their website.
