April saw Spicer Hallfield make some members of staff redundant. Now, one month on, some former employees are dipping their toes into the big photographic pond.
According to reports
, former factory manager Martin Abraham has set up MTA, a company which like Spicer Hallfield creates photography albums. He's also employed eight of his old colleagues from the old firm.
Others have started a cleaning business and one former employee hopes to turn his photography business into something more profitable.
