Facebook iPad App Is Now Available - Facebook launch their iPad app as well as release version 4 of their iPhone app.

Since the release of the first iPad in 2011, many users have been scratching their heads as to why there isn't an official Facebook app. Well the wait is over as today is the day that Facebook have launched their brand new app making it possible to view your Facebook photos in high-res on your iPad. It is available to download from iTunes today for free.
Features include:
- Fingertip scrolling through your News Feed
- Bigger, better photos
- Fast navigation
- Chat, games and other features
- Never lose your place
- See who's nearby
- Tap to send messages
There have also been updates to the iPhone App as well as the mobile Facebook page. New features on the iPhone app include:
- Improved search and browsing
- Groups, pages and apps on left hand side
- App is now more secure
