Splash The Flash - The Power Of Being Portable - Mark Cleghorn seminars sponsored by Flaghead Photographic.

A free Mark Cleghorn Seminar sponsored by Flaghead Photographic in sunny Poole! Mark will demonstrate the power of "off-camera" flash lighting techniques using hot-shoe type "speedlites" with a variety of accessories and Quantum Qflash. The seminar will teach you how to creatively use ambient light in conjunction with portable flash and light modifying accessories to create dynamic and exiting portraits, editorial style and fashion-look images.
The event takes place on the 25th of August at Robert White Photographic's demonstration studio in Poole. The day will be split into two sessions of 2 hours followed by Q&A with Mark. To book your space visit the Robert White website.
Mark Cleghorn is a photographer with a distinctive style, his images have won hundreds of awards since he started his professional career in 1983. He won the Kodak European Gold awards 17 times, as well as being awarded 4 Fellowships for his outstanding images. Mark is still a working photographer, but most of his time is now spent teaching through his online training site PhotoTraining 4 U. This has become the biggest dedicated training site for photographers in Europe! The site gives access to over 500 films and is growing constantly with at least 3 new film added each week. Mark's creative, technical and business skills have influenced photographers across the world through his no-nonsense, back-to-basics videos and seminars.
An early adopter of digital technology, he changed his capture technique and workflow, skills which in turn he has passed on to thousands of photographers and in the process has helped them to get back behind the camera instead of spending too much time in front of a computer!
Mark is the author of many books on lighting, portraiture and wedding photography and the use of PhotoShop.
