Four new tripods launched from Velbon

The Velbon Ultra Maxi F folds to a very compact size of just 36cm. - small enough to fit into most outfit bags or backpacks. Using a very compact and highly refined pan and tilt head, this tripod extends to a full height of 152.5cm. It also features the unique, patented, Velbon "Twist Lock" leg system - a simple, quick twist and pull allows you to extend each leg in one movement. Another twist locks the legs. This tripod also features a splittable centre column and multi angle legs allowing a low level operational height of just 16.5cm.

The Ultra Maxi SF is the lightest of the four Ultra models, weighing 0.75kg, and has a folded length of 32.7cms. This tripod takes portability of tripods into a new dimension. Not only are the size and weight incredible, but also using Velbon's patented "Twist Lock" leg system and PH-243 ball and socket head, this tripod can be ready for work in seconds. The Utra Maxi SF features a splittable centre column and multi angle legs allowing a low level operational height of just 15.7cm, fully extended it reaches 122cm.

The Ultra Luxi F again features Velbon's "Twist Lock" leg system plus splittable centre column with multi angle legs allowing a low level height of 19cm. Maximum height is 161cm and folded length 39cm. It is supplied with the PH-145Q 4 way pan and tilt head that features three spirit levels and twin handles, giving a degree of accuracy usually seen only on top level professional tripods.

The Luxi SF is a durable and portable tripod to meet the requirements of most serious photographers. The Ultra Luxi SF features Velbon's patented, "Twist Lock" leg system, a splittable centre column and multi angle legs allowing a low level operational height of just 17.8cm. It is supplied with a PH-243 ball and socket head.
