The Fujifilm FinePix F600 EXR is the latest compact pocket zoom from Fujifilm, and is an update to the F600 EXR, adding these new features:
"New EXR Auto with a Motion Detection capability to virtually reduce subject blur in all lighting conditions. The built-in GPS functionality adds a Landmark Navigator feature to help photographers pin-point locations, and the 15x wide-angle optical zoom lens now doubles its telephoto power (to 30x) thanks to the new intelligent digital zoom mode."

As with similar reviews of the HS20, you don't seem to have tested the F600 EXR in its EXR mode. With the HS20, using the camera at 16 MP results in much increased noise at higher ISOs - from 400 upwards.
If the resolution of the HS20 is reduced to 8 MP the camera appears to combine adjacent pixels very effectively to reduce signal noise dramatically. Likewise with the EXR mode, high ISO noise can be significantly reduced making the images much more usable. (Though admittedly not as much as in a good dSLR.
And, before anyone comments on the loss of resolution, I have produced A3 or bigger images from my elderly D100. 16 MP is quite unnecessary for large prints unless you're really need A2 or even A0 prints! So I'm more than happy with my HS20 on 8 MP. And I'd guess the F600 EXR will be just excellent at 8 MP.
