GE X600 Bridge Camera Power ProSeries Announced - GE introduce the compact and lightweight X600 bridge camera.

General Imaging announce the arrival of the GE X600 - a bridge camera that offers even higher performance than the previous models in the Power Pro series range.
The X600 is small (104.1mm x77mm x 71.6mm) and weighs just 354g. It features a 26x Wide Aspherical ED Lens (Optical Zoom 26-676mm), 14.4 CMOS advanced Aptina A-Pix technology sensor and a large 2.7 inch LCD screen. The advanced Aptina A-Pix CMOS sensor enables a continuous shooting rate of up to 5 frames per second at full resolution.

The new bridge camera records full HD 1080p video at 30fps, plus it has a High Speed Movie mode that records at 120fps. Other features include High Dynamic Range+, Object Tracking and Multi-Exposure, which combines six successive actions shots in to one image. The camera uses a Li-ion battery (which will deliver 240 shots from a full charge) and has an electronic view finder.
Gary Sutton, General Imaging UK Country Manager, said: "As consumers continue to demand more for their money, we continue to offer the latest digital camera technology at competitive prices."
The GE X600 Bridge Camera Power ProSeries camera will be on sale for around £149.99 and will also be available in white.
