The 6.2Mp resolution will easily print to A4 whilst the ease-of-use makes happy snapping a breeze. The M547 may be suited to a certain market as the scene modes include a Close up mode, Night portrait, Theatre and Sunset mode. Stereotypically, this sounds like the mature market, but all generations will be comfortable using it.

The palm sized camera is discreet enough to hide in a bag or pocket when not in use and this is great for going on holidays or on evenings out. Maybe to the Theatre and put that preset mode into practice!

Despite being small and solid, the camera is still prone to sand or water invasion, so be careful when on holiday.
