Press Release:
Bowens plans to light up the Focus-On-Imaging show at the NEC with a virtually non-stop programme of live demos and talks from leading photographers across a range of photo-disciplines.

“Stand M2 will be buzzing all day and every day”, said Robert Cook, Bowens’ marketing director. “We’ve put together an exceptional line-up of experts to help us create unique ‘rolling seminars’ every thirty minutes on every day of the show. Each speaker will reveal his or her shooting secrets when it comes to the key subject of lighting control and application. And of course they will be using latest Bowens products, including the award-winning Gemini flash system and our full range of creative light shaping accessories.”

The Bowens’ Focus event speaker line-up includes:
Edinburgh’s ‘King and Queen’ of fashion and glamour, Trevor and Faye Yerbury; enigmatic fashion shooter, Steve Collinson; editorial, fashion and advertising photographer John McRae; sports and fashion expert Nick Webster; yachting and lifestyle photographer Mike Jones and lighting expert Christian Hough.

Added Cook: “Our speaker list is still a work in progress but we hope to add more names to the programme before the show starts in March.

If photographers want to learn about lighting from some of the best practitioners of the photographic art in the UK they can do so free of charge on Stand M2. And we are inviting Stand visitors to bring their cameras and ‘go live’ with the programme.”
