today announced two new additions to its consumer all-in-one range. Print, scan
and copy with the PSC 2110 or invent your own digital dark room using the PSC
2210, which has all the above functions as well as a fax and photo card reader.
Both products incorporate PhotoREt IV printing technology.
The PSC 2210 supports Sony Memory Stick, Compact Flash, Secure Digital and SmartMedia memory cards, allowing you to print photos directly from your digital camera, without switching on your PC.
Simply insert your memory card, press the photo proof button and your thumbnail proof sheet will be automatically printed. All you have to do is mark the photographs required for printing, the number of prints for each photo, the photo size and paper type. Then, place the proof sheet onto the flatbed scanner, and the PSC 2210 will do the rest.
The PSC 2110 all-in-one printer, scanner and copier has easy to use, intuitive front panel features, such as paper-type setting, colour intensity and image sizing. Its innovative design saves space without sacrificing quality, delivering excellent results whether you are customising your own designer t-shirts, cards and invitations or creating professional looking school projects.
HP's new all-in-ones produce a variety of print options, including wallet size, mirror images, posters and borderless 10 x 15cm photos. When used with HP's Premium Plus Photo Paper, you can produce matte and gloss prints, that HP say are as good as traditional photos that last up to 73 years.
Sharing your photos is now more fun than ever using the bundled HP Memories Disk Creator software - you can create multimedia slide shows with music to watch with your friends and family on TV, DVD or PC.
Additional features: Optional 4800-optimised dpi colour printing Six ink printing with PhotoREt IV precision technology 48-bit colour scanner HP Photo Imaging Software: For all aspects of imaging control including sharpness, shadows, colour and resolution and to automatically create and print photo albums
