Jessops introduce Primefilm 3650U digital film scanner - New addition to Jessops Primefilm scanner range

Packed with features often only found on more expensive models, the new Primefilm 3650U digital film scanner is suitable for 35mm negative film and mounted and unmounted transparencies, whether colour or mono.

With a maximum scanning area of 24.4mm (H) x 36.5mm (W), the 3650U has an optical resolution of 3600 dpi, 48-bit colour depth and 3.2 dynamic range to ensure natural and accurate colour reproduction.

The model also features Kodak ADCs DIGITAL ICE3 Technology which can automatically remove surface defects, restore colour, correct exposure and reduce grain to help ensure a first class image.

Compatible with PC and Macintosh systems, the 3650U connects via the easy to use, high speed USB 2.0 connection which is also USB 1.1 compatible.

With a dark metallic finish and weighing 1KG and measuring L278mm x W 169mm x H 70mm, the 3650U is a compact and stylish addition to any amateur photographers digital darkroom.

Retailing at 249.90, the package includes Adobe Photoshop Elements version 2.0 - normally sold at Jessops for 69.99.

As with all Jessops brand products, the 3650U scanner has a two year warranty.
