Jessops run Camera Clinics

Staffed by photographic experts, the clinics are open to every make and model of camera and camcorder, regardless of whether they have been purchased from Jessops. Staff will assess problems with faulty cameras and camcorders, and give free preventative health checks to working equipment. Faults can be referred on to Jessops high-quality repair service, if the customer wishes.

More than 50 clinics are to be held at Jessops stores across the UK between now and the end of November - with locations all the way from Edinburgh to Exeter, and Belfast to Ipswich. Four special clinics - in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leicester - will cater for both cameras and camcorders, with the remainder for cameras only.

Colin Martin, Marketing Director for Jessops, said: As every photographic enthusiast knows, theres nothing worse than preparing to take the perfect photograph or video, and discovering that your equipment has stopped working.

They say that prevention is better than a cure, and by offering a free health check for all cameras and camcorders, were helping to ensure that equipment is always in working order.

If there is a fault, our specialist repair teams will quickly diagnose the problem, and then nurse equipment back to full health.
