The number of units the company now processes for repair or refurbishment has doubled in the last 12 months and will reach over 200,000 in the 12 month period to the end of 2008. JPSS are in a strong period of growth. They have invested heavily in providing for the future and have ready additional technical areas which can accommodate a further 30 technicians to cope with the sharp increase in demand for their services.

Product returns are a major consideration for virtually all manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
 
No industry is more affected by volume returns than consumer electronics. This problem is further compounded by characteristics of the market, such as multi-channel sales, short product lifespan and not least high levels of customer expectations. JP Service Solutions has many years of experience providing flexible and adaptable Product Return Management processes to accommodate changing market conditions.

David Harper, the Operations Director at JPSS, believes that it is vital that companies remain competitive through implementation of a robust returns process. “JP Service Solutions have developed a Product Return Management systems to enable the provision of a truly “one-stop” solution for our partners. This covers everything from Cosmetic refurbishment, Spare parts farming/recycling to certified WEEE waste disposal. We are aware of the need to have a “green policy”, he stated. “We also offer reverse logistics, returns merchandise authorisation and reconciliation, Inspection and sorting of product all provided with detailed reporting back to the client. Our Pan European business has shown consistent growth and we now have daily collections and dispatches to business and consumer customers across 27 countries.”

JP Service Solutions specialise in the provision of swift, high quality and cost effective product repairs. The company employs over 60 members of staff in the three divisions of JPSS - Technical Support, Product Returns Management and Individual Product Repair. JPSS handle a range of units from the Imaging and Photographic, Audio Visual, Information Technology and Telecommunications markets.

Individual Product Repairs are undertaken by qualified/factory trained engineers, who are all focused on the needs of both the corporate and end-user client.

The JPSS technical team offers an individualized approach to dealing with every technical issue. Their highly skilled and fully trained workforce will work the problem through with the caller to provide a solution to even the trickiest of problems. All products repaired by JPSS are returned to the customer with a comprehensive parts/labour warranty. JPSS offer a low cost fixed price menu without comprising attention to the quality of support given.
