HD hybrid camera from JVC - Can't decide if you want to buy a new stills or video camera? Well JVC's hybrid GC-PX1 might be the camera for you.

The concept of this video/stills hybrid was first talked about at CES 2011 but as a Japanese blog site has had some hands-on time with it and there's a suggested release date, it looks like it could be hitting the shop shelves soon.
Inside this rather large barrel and thin body sits a 10x optical zoom lens, 10Mp stills camera and the ability to shoot 1080/60p video at up to 36Mbps. It will also shoot 60 frames a second at 5.7Mp and has an ISO range from 100-6400.
The back features a 3in, 230,000 dot touch screen that tilts and it will record onto SDXC, SDHC and SD memory cards.
There's no confirmed price yet but the release date is suggested to be the end of February.
