Kodak Alaris has clarified its plans to secure the growth of the Kodak brand.

The new company has market leading positions in several businesses. These include a worldwide leadership in instant printing with the retail instant picture kiosks offering consumers personalised premium photo products; the widest range of traditional photographic paper and workflow solutions for professionals and wholesale labs; award winning still-camera film products and digital souvenir photography services and solutions at theme parks, iconic destinations and resorts.

It continues to retain the use of the Kodak brand and have access to the important trademarks and sub-brands such as Kodak Express for its products and services

Lee Palmer, General Manager and Vice President Personalised Imaging, EAMER, said: "This is an exciting time for the evolution of Kodak Alaris Personalized imaging. Building upon the unique and valuable assets from our heritage, we will foster a leaner and more entrepreneurial culture that will allow us to better anticipate and adapt to fast moving consumer trends and grab new market opportunities."
