The UK wholesale photofinishing industry is facing many challenges including the expansion of digital photography and the continued growth of in-store minilabs. The combined resources of Kodak and ColourCare will more ably meet future growth opportunities as a result of our planned improvements in customer service and invesetmetn in digital photofinishing equipments said David Algar, Director of Kodak Processing companies.
The acquisition is expected to take place in six to eight weeks.
