Kodak Professional are set to unveil a  ' new for 2001' package of initiatives and incentives aimed at increasing business for UK wedding photographers - and have announced important changes in the way the recently acquired 'Kodak Weddings' business will be run. Andrew Weisman, a top European Kodak Professional executive, has been appointed President of the new-look Kodak Weddings organisation, following the pre-Christmas resignation of former National Weddings supremo Harvey Wolfinger. Weisman has implemented immediate changes, including:

' A pledge to recruit only quality professional photographers with proven track records

' A promise that all Kodak Weddings contracted photographers will become members of the Master Photographers Association (MPA) or the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP)

' The introduction of a tiered programme of new wedding photography packages for exclusive use by independent professional photographers

' A summer launch of an innovative Kodak Weddings website offering ' one stop' wedding services for brides to be, from wedding cars to honeymoons
