Leica Camera AG, Solms, is now offering a special edition of its high-quality analog compact camera LEICA CM with exclusive colored leather finish. Besides the standard model in elegant black leather, the limited edition available from May 2006 onwards will sport either red or cognac-brown leather.
The nappa leather used here is also used for the Leica M cameras in the Leica la carte range and accentuates the high quality of the LEICA CM in its sophisticated titanium body. The special edition includes also the system flash LEICA SF 24 D titan. The LEICA CM is known for its fast lens and exceptional optical performance.
As well as convenient automatic functions, it also offers a wide variety of manual controls. Individual aperture settings and manual focusing give the photographer scope for creativity.
