Leica Teases New Mini M Camera - Leica has released an image which hints towards a new 'Mini M' camera being available.

Leica has released a photo which appears to show the upcoming release of a new camera.

Leica will be revealing this new family member on 11 June 2013.

The picture posted on Leica's Facebook page suggests the new addition will be called the 'Mini M'. It could be anything from fixed lens camera, to a mirrorless interchangable lens camera. No further details have been released.

Leica X series is loosing the ground to Fuji, Nikon and now Ricoh. I would bet on cheaper, a fixed focal length X3?

Or maybe full framer with 35mm lens to go against RX1...who knows...

Unlikely to be an X3, as from the picture, it looks like the X2 will be staying in the "family" - but it could be something to go against the RX1, but I doubt cheaper.
