Manfrotto has today launched the new XPRO Fluid Head designed for photographers who are starting to exploit the potential of their HDSLR video capabilities.
The new Manfrotto head, part of the XPRO collection, is constructed from Aluminum and Adapto, a very rigid and resistant technopolymer, weighs 700g (1.54 lbs) and can support up to 4kg (8.8 lbs) of payload.
A fluidity selector allows users to easily switch between hard and soft fluidity according to the preferred kind of movement and the kind of gear in use plus, by using one of the most common photographic plates in the world, Manfrotto has eliminated the need for photographers to use different plates when switching from photo to video and to digiscope.
The Manfrotto XPRO Fluid Head is available now and is priced at £119.95. For more information, visit the Manfrotto website.
