Olympus announces the Mju-III 100, the next generation of 35mm camera in the Mju range. Equipped with a 3.6x zoom lens, with a focal length of 28mm to 100mm, the Mju-III is ideal for taking both close-up portraits and dramatic skylines.
The high-quality zoom lens system comprised of seven elements including two aspherical lenses and the inclusion of Olympus' innovative Multi-Wide AF system means the Mju-III 100 is no slouch when it comes to taking great pictures.
The Mju-III 100 has three types of optical sensors for an integrated exposure control system. Taking the specific characteristics of each sensor it recognises lighting problems and utilising the built-in flash creates a balanced image of the subject and background.
Packed into a champagne coloured body, the Mju-III 100 weighs a mere 220g (without battery) and features a number of options to aid the novice and expert photographer alike.
Like other models in the ever-popular Mju range, the Mju-III 100 features an 11-point auto focus sensor, six-mode colour balancing flash, dioptric correction, self-timer and optional remote control. The camera is also available with quartzdate.
Availability and pricing
Available from mid-October the Mju-III 100 is £199.99.
