Monark Price Guide celebrates golden anniversary -

In this, its golden anniversary year, Peter Sheen, the current publisher, has decided to retire and future editions the Monark Price Guide will be published by Tim Goldsmith, the new owner.
'As far as I know' said Tim, 'the Monark Price Guide is a unique publication, unlike anything else in the world. It lists the current new price as well as the second-hand price for thousands of items of photographic equipment, including still cameras and lenses, digital cameras and camcorders'.
However the guide does not stop there as not only does it give the second-hand price, but also an indication of the 'trade-in' value for every item, making it indispensable to its subscribers. The Guide also covers a large selection of classic and collectable cameras, concentrating mainly on the on the cameras most likely to be encountered. 'It's just like having a photo expert in your pocket' says Tim.
The Monark Price Guide is a trade publication, available to anyone likely to encounter photographic equipment in their daily business such as photographic shops, private traders and collectors, antique dealers, second-hand shops and insurance companies etc. Subscriptions are 35.00 per year for four issues.
