Nauticam has announced an underwater housing for the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX7
The underwater casing has premium grade features for ease of use. It is made from aluminium, and provides a rugged yet well shaped casing for one of the best compact cameras on the market today.
The casing boasts new features such as an aperture ring and neutral density filter, making the casign extremely user friendly.
The aircraft grade aluminium is hard anodized, making it unaffected by salt water. It also has a 100m depth rating, and the LCD acrylic window is treated with a scratch resistant and anti reflective coating.
The housing also comes with the options to attach ergonomic rubber handles, and has the ability to attach an underwater flashgun.
The housing should start shipping at the end of October 2012, for $950.
