Samsung Imaging's blog
has details on five new NX lenses that are due to be released later this year.
If you're a landscape photographer you'll be interested in the 16mm, f/2.4 ultra wide pancake lens which gives images 'deep perspective' and is perfect for low light situations. As the name suggests, the 60mm, f/2.8 Macro lens is perfect for close-up work with its Optical Image Stabilisation while the 85mm f/1.4 lens is designed to help you capture professional looking portraits. The final new models to be featured are two zooms: the 16-80mm, f/3.5 – 4.5 and the 18-200mm, f/3.5 – 6.3.
All the lenses are compatible with Samsung's i-function system and the roadmap indicates that they have staggered release dates starting from the 1st half of this year.
