The arrival of the annual shipment of Konica Infrared 750 black & white film means that stocks are now readily available in the UK.
The only infrared film in both 35mm and 120 formats, it is much in demand for spectacular landscape and architectural photography, as well as specialised scientific applications using infrared radiation.
Its very fine grain structure gives excellent results with exposure under daylight and tungsten, while the wide tonal range means it gives delicate, faithful reproduction of greys. Specially designed so it can be loaded without the need for a darkroom or changing bag, Konica Infrared 750 is easy to handle and doesn't need special storage.
The addition of a red filter will enhance the infrared response, so trees and foliage appear in dazzling white. The film can also be used for dramatic and intriguing portraiture.
