A new off camera flash beauty box and soft box in one has been announced from Lastolite.
Strobo light box
Called The Strobo Beauty Box, it is a 38 cm soft box that gives a hard beauty light with a unique fall off. It also has a detachable outer diffuser to create a softer lighting effect. This means that the Beauty box is two fantastic lighting products in one.

The Beauty Box is fully collapsible and easy to set up. It is ideal for studio and location photography.

It is on sale for £100.

hmm liking the look of this. Once again hideously overpriced. Will wait for the ebay clones to churn some out

I thought it was quite well priced because you get the stand and everything with it?

Andy you won't be able to get the one above yet i wouldn't think, and depending on patenting you might not get any ebay clones at all, but usually things turn up after a while on there

Well its now 90 on Amazon inc delivery.
I'd mostly want it for the BD though, and that's more than a standalone BD. and is 38CM enough, that inner circle looks to be nearer 14".

Grr its so hard to know where to start on a hobbyist's budget.
