For those who may be confused.

Original release ( CD version ) is Version 1. A Second Release version Also a trial version had the Version Number 1.0.1-15247.
This Latest release is Version 1.1-17741, And superceeds the 2 previous, It also acts a a trial version, If you Uninstall your existing version, BUT don't tick the box to delete cache, When you install this latest version Your licence key & Cache will be withing the new issue.

Why Oh Why can't they call it Mk1, Mk2, Mk3 etc and save us all a load of grief.

It's funny you should mention the speed Mike, I thought my old P4 machine had developed a Turbo (LOL) But yes it opens NEF's a lot quicker for sure.

How come customers in the U.S. can upgrade from Capture 4 to NX for only 45, but we in the UK have to pay the full 120 street price? It was bad enough having to buy Capture 4 on top of spending over 3K on a D2x, but this is taking the p*ss!

Ask Nikon UK how they justify it. Then post the answer - I could use a laugh.

It's call lets Rip Off the twats that live on Treasure Island ( The name applied to the UK in commerce circles ), And Nikon are not the only one's Microsofts New O/S Vista Ultimate version is about $199 USD, BUT here in Blighty it's way over 200 GBP, Soooo what happened to the exchange rate then, Last time I looked it was dam near $2 USD to the Pound, SOOOOO someone is having a laugh & squealing like a stuck pig about piracy, What I wanna know is How the hell they keep getting away with it.
