Nikon Are Zooming Ahead In The Style Stakes - Nikon have added two more high zoom compact cameras to their COOLPIX range.

Nikon COOLPIX S9300

This slimline 16 megapixel camera features an 18x optical zoom lens, lens-shift vibration reduction and a 3 inch, high resolution screen.

If you want to shoot video you can now start your clip recording, pause it, then continue filming and the camera will create just one movie file.

Shooting modes include Easy Panorama which lets you create vertical as well as horizontal panoramas and the built-in GPS function lets you tag photos and track your route.

The COOLPIX S9300 will be available from 15 March 2012 in red, silver black and blue. It has an RRP of £299.99.

Nikon COOLPIX S6300

The Nikon COOLPIX S6300 comes equipped with a NIKKOR 1x optical zoom and 3d shooting capabilities. The 3D mode works by combining two images taken from different positions to create a 3D image that can be played back on 3D-capable TVs and computers.

As you'd expect, the camera shoots full HD movies and it features several in-camera filter effects as well as 19 scene modes.

The COOLPIX S6300 comes in three colours: Black, red, and blue. It will be available from 16 February 2012 priced at £179.99.
