As a way to really p**s off people who have bought the D700 before 1st November (and other cameras in the Nikon range to be honest), Nikon have scooped the Gold Medal

Way to go Nikon - Number 1 for good customer relations

This really has just made my day. Still in the 60 day 'trial' period, I now feel hugely motivated to pay for the NX2 licence.

The optics corrections are good, but then there are alternatives which do a better job...

From where do we collect the club badges?

I seem to recall that they did exactly the same thing with the D200...about 6 months after I bought one..

Corduroy is for Canons.

Nowt for Nikon, since that appears what I am destined to get. Their bare-faced cheek.

I'm glad I'm not alone.

It's a really good product which is why I bought it (even though I already have LR2 and CS3 etc) but this is an incredibly bad way to treat your loyal customers Nikon.
