Duran Duran by Denis O'Regan

Following on from the success of previous events the latest incarnation of Olympus Image Space pop-up events is now live and located just off London's famous Carnaby Street for one week only.

Open now, this latest pop-up is your chance to see a truly memorable set of images of Duran Duran by Denis O'Regan all shot on the original Olympus OM film cameras in the 1980's.

The show has been put together to celebrate the impending release of Denis's coffee table book 'Careless Memories', a collection of images documenting the band's record breaking 1984 'Sing Blue Silver' tour. Containing hundreds of exquisitely restored, previously unseen photographs, taken mostly during the North American and Japanese legs of the band’s tour, ‘Careless Memories’ provides an unparalleled visual history of Duran Duran’s ascent to the top, with a commentary from the band members themselves.

This one-off event is also your chance to come along and see the multi award winning Olympus OM-D E-M1. Members of the Olympus team will be there with the E-M1 and the E-M5 plus Olympus M.ZUIKO lenses for you to try out while you browse the gallery of Duran Duran images.

The event is taking place at 15 Foubert's Place (off Carnaby Street), London, W1F 7QB. It is open daily from 11am-7pm from 27 November to 5 December. (Please note the gallery will close at 5pm on 5 Dec.)
