Press Release:
Focus on Imaging 2010 marks the fist time that British Photographer James Madelin will be showcasing his award winning invention, the orbis ring flash, on home soil.
James Madelin will be doing personal demos with gorgeous models alongside newly signed distributors for UK and Ireland, Snapperstuff.
The orbis was designed to be a compact and affordable alternative to expensive studio ring flash systems. Its design was first conceived in James’ garden shed. Little over a year after launch, the orbis has secured global distribution and a Pop Award from prestigious American Publication, Popular Photography.
UK Magazine Practical Photography listed the orbis as one of their most wanted accessories in 2009. The ring flash has also been reviewed by prestigious TIPA publications across Europe.
The orbis was designed and manufactured by enlight photo ltd. The company is based in New Zealand with remote offices in the UK and USA.
Find James Madelin and the Snapperstuff team exhibiting on stand C41 in Hall 9 & 10 at Focus on Imaging. For more information about enlight photo and products please visit the Orbis Flash website.
