Pentax UK have today announced the launch of a new online store. The store will complement Pentax's existing retail strategy by providing customers with access to a wider range of cameras and accessories than currently available in the UK.

Jonathan Martin, general manager, commented: "Our retail partners provide us with fantastic exposure to the general market and keep pricing competitive for consumers with the more mainstream products. The online store will ensure that a broader portfolio of products, particularly accessories, is available than our partners have the capacity to carry. The launch of the new UK online store is part of the global strategy of Pentax Europe.  All cameras and accessories will be sold through the site at retail prices ensuring that retail partners can continue to be competitive with Pentax products.
