PermaJet have teamed up with ePHOTOzine for this free to enter 'Printed Life in Black and White
' competition. It offers photographers the incredible opportunity to show their work to an international audience of photo industry professionals and be awarded hundreds of pounds worth of prizes.

Five images deemed to be of particular note or importance will be awarded the Silver PermaJet Award.
Each winning photographer will work with PermaJet to produce a print of their winning entry to an incredible exhibition standard. The high impact prints will be produced to 19”x13” dimensions and delivered safely and securely, ready for exhibition or framing.
The twenty best images will be included in the Printed Life online gallery. With exposure to key industry professionals all over the World as well as fellow photographers.
These twenty selected images will act as a showcase of the photographers full portfolio, each one including the photographer's full contact details and with links to each online portfolio.

The photo should be a documentary style shot showing interpretation of this year's theme - British life.
It must be submitted as a black and white image.
The photo can originate from any date, as long as you created and own it.
Digital photography and digitized darkroom prints or slides are accepted equally.
The submitted image can be as edited or as natural as you want.
Files submitted must be no bigger than 3mb.
Gratuitous violence or nudity will not be entered or featured in the gallery.
The competition was developed after PermaJet's Joseph Reiner completed a trip around the UK visiting customers and clients. "Focusing this year’s gallery around the varied scenes of Britain provides a way to curate a collection of images that can be enjoyed and shared by many of the photographers and industry professionals who visit PermaJet from all over the World", said Joseph.
PermaJet, who have long since been at the forefront of the professional inkjet paper industry, have teamed up with ePHOTOzine to run this competition as a way to help promote the work of emerging photographers, as is one of their key community objectives over the course of 2014.
