Photoshop Plug-ins and Quark XPress XTensions sold - Celartem, Inc. sells popular brands to independent software developer

Celartem, Inc. and its company brands - Extensis and LizardTech - have announced they are to sell their popular Photoshop Plug-ins and Quark XPress XTensions to onOne Software, an independent software developer.

As part of this sale, onOne Software will receive pxl SmartScale, PhotoFrame, Intellihance Pro, Mask Pro and PhotoTools. From the 31st July they willl also take control of QX-Tools Pro from Extensis and LizardTech's Genuine Fractals.

The decision to sell these products was taken by Celartem, Inc. in order to focus on its existing product line, including GeoExpress, Document Express and Portfolio. Carlos Domingo, CEO of Celartem Inc., said: "In an effort to focus on better servicing our millions of customers who rely on our font and digital content management products, we have determined our add-on products are a better fit for a company committed to this market."

Craig Keudell, President of onOne Software, said the company was excited to receive the products from Celartem, Inc., adding: "We are committed to continue to serve the loyal customer base... We see these tools as an invaluable solution in the creative process to make our customers' lives easier."
